InventHelp’s Invention Girl is constantly on the go. A lot of the time I have important InventHelp documents with me that I need to share with my colleagues. Since I’m not in the office, getting them onto my computer can be a bit tricky.

The VuPoint Solutions Magic Wand is a portable scanner that is small enough to fit into my laptop bag or even my big purse! This gadget can copy a full black and white page in less than 4 seconds using only two AA batteries. Colored pages take less than 30 seconds. Once the page is scanned, it is saved to a microSD card and can be imported to my computer quickly and easily through a USB connection. The optical character recognition software converts and exports scanned files to your computer so they can be edited. To scan, all you need to do is slowly slide the gadget over the image and it’s automatically saved on the memory card. Easy enough, right?
