Almost everyone here at InventHelp has their coffee sitting on their desk in the morning. Later in the afternoon that eventually gets replaced by water or soda. The problem is that any drink, hot or cold, can turn room temperature all too soon. InventHelp’s Invention Girl is not a fan of coffee gone cold!

The USB Beverage Chiller & Warmer is a cooling/warming gadget that allows you to easily keep the desired temperature of your drink. The device has a heat exchanger inside, along with a little fan and a series of vents in the front. This works like a little air conditioner to keep your drink chilled.  All you need to do is place the drink on the metal plate and flip the switch to either warm or cool. You can either keep your beverage at a chilly 45°F, or switch it over for your drink to stay nice and toasty. The plate can reach temperatures of 120-140°F keeping that pricey latte hot a little longer. It only takes a few minutes to for the plate to get the right degree.  This gadget doesn’t require any batteries, just a computer USB port!

Although this will not “chill” a beverage that’s already at room temperature nor heat up a cold liquid, it’s still a useful gadget to have at your desk.  You don’t have to worry about getting up to microwave your coffee or drinking a watered down beverage due to melting ice.
