Foosh Energy Mints

Believe it or not, InventHelp’s Invention Girl isn’t the happiest camper in the morning. The second I roll out of bed I’m thinking about how soon I can get my needed caffeine fix. Sadly, sometimes I’m in such a hurry in the morning that I don’t even have time to grab a coffee. I’m not really a fan of the energy drinks out there because they either make me bloated or leave me with a funny after taste. Who needs to be drinking all those empty calories, anyways?

I was so excited when I stumbled upon Foosh Energy Mints while browsing the web. They’re made with ingredients including caffeine, ginseng, taurine, and five B vitamins to enhance your performance, increase endurance, and stimulate your mind. Each mint contains 100 MG of caffeine and there are 12 mints per tin. To compare, one mint is equal to:

  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 1.25 cans of an energy drink
  • 2 cups of tea
  • 3 cans of soda

Not too shabby for a mint that’s about the size of a TUMS. Although the flavor isn’t quite as strong as an Altoid, Foosh Energy Mints still have a kick of their own. The flavor isn’t so intense that you’ll burn your tongue off but it’s not so weak that you can’t even tell you ate a mint. They give you just the right amount of energy you need and won’t leave you feeling jittery or crashing later.

This little tin is much more convenient to carry around then always having a drink in your hand, too. You can just throw it in your pocket or purse and have them handy when you need an extra boost. These mints are also a lot cheaper than a daily trip to the barista. A tin of these bad boys costs about as much as a tall Caffé Latte.

InventHelp’s Invention Girl loves the fact that these mints will give you the energy boost you want without leaving you with the coffee breath you don’t!
